In most resale transactions, the real estate agent may now include a clause in your offer to purchase, making the services of a North Carolina home inspector as one of the conditions. If the North Carolina home inspector gives a satisfactory report, then that’s the go signal you’re waiting for to close on a sale. But if he gives you the red light, then you shouldn’t either.
